C# Developer

Requirements (have-to):
  • Experience with C# / Net Framework;

Simulation Modeling Developer
We are looking for a modeling simulation developer / optimization specialist (production processes, mining operation, warehouse, supply chains, transport logistics)

  • Project work asв as a modeling simulation developer in AnyLogic;
  • Project work as an expert consultant in automation projects (medium and large);
  • Creating and managing a knowledge base where information about modeling simulation is stored, developing methods for project fulfillment;
  • Expert support of staff members where the solution of a specific task within modeling simulation is required;
  • Self-development tasks: trainings, read professional literature and study information systems, obtain certificates.
Job requirements for a successful candidate
  • Experience with software products for modeling simulation;
  • Experienced database user;
  • Understanding of the OOP (object oriented programming) principles;
  • Java, other object -oriented programming languages will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of SQL basics;
  • Project experience in description and optimization of business processes as a plus;
  • Completed modeling simulation projects (commercial or educational) will be a big advantage;

Business Process and Methodology Project Manager
1. Project management aimed at optimization of business processes and methodology ( Sections: IFRS, Management Accounting, RAS, Tax accounting, Budgeting, Treasury and Purchases; on the 1С:ERP basis, 1С:Holding Management, 1С:Document Flow):
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Setting tasks and managing a team of consultants
  • Interaction with clients and subcontractors
  • Developing task-solving concepts, checking records and work materials
  • Reporting the project status ( internal and external)
  • Managing project economy
  • Negotiating volume changes of the project.
2. Negotiating with potential clients:
  • Determining demands
  • Demonstration of 1С:ERP capabilities, 1С:Holding management, 1С:Document Flow and other systems and their sections
  • Preparation of quotes (describing volumes of work, calculating budget)
  • Preparation of documents for tenders
  • Negotiating contract conditions.
3. Work with staff and personal development:
  • Giving feedback to members of the project team;
  • Communication with HR group about staff assessment, participation in internal meetings (employee performance review meetings);
  • Performing as a mentor for junior specialists;
  • Team development;
  • Successful completion of trainings and educational programs according to the preliminary agreed individual plan for development
  • Experienced in project management on optimization, development of accounting corporate standards, policy and methodology according to RAS, IFRS
  • Solid knowledge of 1C platform and functionality (e.g. document flow, Holding management, ERP, Enterprise accounting, BIT Finance, MMP (Management of manufacturing plants));
  • Relevant work experience as a consultant/ business analyst in projects or consulting –not less than 3 years;
  • Analytical and communicative skills;
  • Responsible for results both individual and team work;
  • Non-standard decision-making ability
  • Hard -working with positive energy;
  • Work experience at a Big 4 company, 1С certificates, English will be considered an advantage.
