Tasks:
- Working on applications of modern ML;
- Integrating ML into RPA and simulation modeling tasks;
- Analyzing the capabilities of existing solutions;
- Refining and pre-training models;
- RnD to find the most suitable algorithms and approaches within practical problems: linear algebra, neurons, genetic algorithm;
- Professional and career growth faster than in average on the market. Grade is revised every 6 months;

Tasks:
We offer:
- Formation of robot design rules and principles, participation in team training;
- Participating in external and internal Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects as a teamleader, solution architect;
- Working with technology innovations within the local RnD;
- Communicating with the customer to define business requirements and survey IT architecture;
- Quality control of documentation: terms of reference, project documentation, instructions (FTT, detailed description, AS-IS and TO-BE process maps).

Tasks:
- Active sales of BI and RPA projects (full sales cycle):
- Searching and attracting clients, establishing new partnerships (including lead generation);
- Negotiations at the level of top managers of medium and large businesses;
- Presentations and demos, preparation of commercial proposals, defense of KP, negotiation of deals;
- Maintaining the sales funnel;
- Formation and fulfillment of sales plans;
- In conjunction with the production department, conducting webinar; on webinar participants to clarify requests;
- Maintaining the account manager function (support of projects at all stages, including project initiation and contracting).
- Successful experience in active sales from 2 years (b2b segment)
- Experience in IT services
- Experience of cold sales by phone
- Competent speech, ability to find an individual approach to clients, to dispose to yourself, good communication skills.
- Desire to develop in sales
- Skills in CRM systems, preparation of reports, primary documentation.
