An RPA robot integrated email processing, ERP web-service with Excel data sheets in a bill reconciliation process. One RPA robot freed the accounting department (15 employees) from routine bill reconciliation processing, allowed the department to focus on found discrepancies. The robot allowed to optimize the process. It revealed multiple instances of erroneous reconciliation practices within the department. The robot streamlined the process for the client, made it transparent and accurate, increased customer profitability.
