Every year our team has a nature trip in order to have a common vacation and practice collective thinking through team games at the same time.
This year wasn't an exception and at the end of summer we united the analytics and RPA/Simulation Modeling/BI and ERP developers to spend a good time together and participate in competitive games.

It's quite interesting to communicate with adjacent departments because we spend most of the time working out of the office with colleagues from our own divisions. Such events give a chance to see your colleagues in a different light.
When we faced each new task, it seemed more difficult than it really was. The completion of tasks was possible only through team work. It was unreal to pass the obstacles alone: and this is true both for life and for business.
