2020: Robotization of Tender Monitoring

Consulting company NFP – PIX Implementation Partner – recently completed a project for RApart Services – subsidiary of Irkut Corporation, civil aviation equipment provider. The pilot process is tender monitoring.
The project was deployed on PIX RPA Platform. PIX Robot searches for new inquiries from external tender platforms, consolidates the requests and sorts them out. As a next step, PIX Robot analyses data on tenders by categories, timing and others criteria and inputs data into CRM.
PIX Robot works 24/7 and processes the whole bunch of incoming requests. The implementation of PIX RPA allowed RApart to avoid staff expansion while processing increased number of the inquiries. The quality of processing is also improved as human errors are excluded.

All the input parameters are carried out into separate configuration file which makes it possible to adjust the Robot without changing it's sourcecode.

The execution of monotonous task is stable from one inquiry to another, at the same time relieving staff from routine. Now employees only perform control function over the execution of program code (PIX Robot reports to the employees when the job is done), thus extending the area of responsibility of personnel.
